Delivery time ranges from two (2) to ten (10) working days, depending on the workload. This delivery time does not include delays, due to uncertainties such as strikes, adverse weather conditions etc, and the company is not responsible for any further delay.

In the case in which the delivery time is to exceed ten (10) working days with the company's responsibility, then the buyer is informed of the additional delay by email or telephone, and, if you wish, you can cancel the order and receive a refund of money in an account number of the bank you wish.

The above information shall be submitted within three (3) days from the time that the company was informed of payment, thus executing the order. In case of delay of the order of more than ten (10) days and the buyer requests a refund, he should inform the company by email or FAX if he wishes to cancel the order and to have the money returned, disclosing the bank and account number he wishes

The delivery of products takes place at the address you have chosen for the affiliated company courier. Packaging costs if selected , COD is calculated at the checkout process.
